By accessing or using BToSheet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

2. Description of Service

BToSheet is a cloud-based application that allows users to connect their Facebook Lead Ads account and automatically transfer lead information into Google Sheets.

The service operates using Facebook Graph APIs, Meta Lead Ads APIs, Google OAuth, and Google Sheets APIs.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

By using BToSheet, you represent and warrant that you have authority to access and manage the Facebook Pages, Lead Forms, and Google Sheets connected to the application.

4. User Accounts

To use BToSheet, you may be required to authenticate using Facebook and Google accounts.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Protecting your authentication credentials.
• All activities performed through your account.

5. Facebook Integration

BToSheet accesses Facebook Lead Ads data only after receiving authorization from the user.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• They own or have permission to access connected Facebook Pages.
• They comply with Meta Platform Terms.
• They comply with applicable privacy laws regarding collected lead data.

6. Google Integration

BToSheet requires authorization to access selected Google Sheets.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions on connected spreadsheets.

BToSheet uses Google API Services solely for the purpose of transferring authorized lead information into user-selected spreadsheets.

7. Data Ownership

All lead data, spreadsheet data, and business information remain the property of the respective user.

BToSheet does not claim ownership over:

• Facebook Leads
• Customer Data
• Google Sheets Data
• Business Information

8. OAuth Tokens & Authentication

To provide automated synchronization services, BToSheet may securely store:

• Facebook User Access Tokens
• Facebook Page Access Tokens
• Google Access Tokens
• Google Refresh Tokens

These credentials are stored solely for maintaining authorized integrations and enabling automatic synchronization.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BToSheet:

• For unlawful purposes.
• To collect or process data without required consent.
• To violate Facebook or Google policies.
• To distribute malware or harmful software.
• To interfere with system security.
• To attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, BToSheet does not guarantee continuous availability.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

• Server maintenance.
• Facebook API outages.
• Google API outages.
• Network failures.
• Third-party platform changes.

11. Third-Party Services

BToSheet relies on services provided by:

• Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Google LLC
• Cloud hosting providers

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engage Era Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business.
• Loss of leads.
• Loss of revenue.
• Loss of profits.
• Data corruption.
• Service interruptions.
• Third-party platform restrictions.

Your use of BToSheet is at your own risk.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to BToSheet if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the service.
• You engage in fraudulent activities.
• Your use creates security risks.
• Required by law or platform providers.

14. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting:

Users may also revoke access directly through Facebook and Google account settings.

15. Intellectual Property

BToSheet, its software, design, branding, content, logos, and underlying technology are the property of Engage Era Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

16. Privacy Policy

Your use of BToSheet is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using the service.

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of BToSheet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
