User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of their data from BToSheet.

Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their BToSheet account and associated data at any time.

To submit a deletion request, please send an email to:

Information to Include

To help us verify ownership of the account, please include:

• Your registered email address.
• Your Facebook Page name (if applicable).
• Your Google account email used with BToSheet.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification and approval, we will delete:

• BToSheet account information.
• Facebook User Access Tokens.
• Facebook Page Access Tokens.
• Google Access Tokens.
• Google Refresh Tokens.
• Integration settings.
• Synchronization history and logs where applicable.

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required by:

• Applicable laws and regulations.
• Legal obligations.
• Fraud prevention or security investigations.

Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 8 days of receipt.

Revoking Access Directly

Users may also revoke access directly from their Facebook and Google accounts.

Facebook

Go to:

Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations

Locate BToSheet and remove access.

Google

Go to:

Google Account → Security → Third-Party Apps with Account Access

Locate BToSheet and remove access.
